Calore will charge a 10% restocking fee on unused, never installed merchandise if returned. Please note that the packaging and the product needs to be in perfect condition in order for goods to be returned as the product needs to be resold as new. If a fitting is being shipped back to us, please place the fitting in an outer box to ensure that no courier stickers are placed directly on the packaging of the original box. Any delivery charges or free shipping applied to your original order will be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of R150 per shipping box
For example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a refund for the price you paid for the returned merchandise less 10% restocking fee. We would also deduct the greater of what we paid in shipping or R150.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Calore Head Office in Cape Town or Johannesburg or we can collect the goods from you and deduct the return charges from the credit as well.
Calore does not accept returns for goods returned after 21 days
We will offer 100% credit for goods returned for exchange for equal or higher value than the original purchase. Please note that for goods to be accepted for exchange, the packaging and the product needs to be in perfect condition in order for goods to be returned as the product needs to be resold as new.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Calore or we can collect the goods from you and deduct the return charges from the credit.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges of the new exchanged product. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Calore will not accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame. Calore will send a replacement fixture at no cost to you and retrieve the damaged product.
Lamps received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no additional charge. Should you wish to return a product that was received with broken glass or a dented shade, the standard return policy above will apply.
While The Supplier takes reasonable measures to ensure that the contents of this Website are accurate and complete, The Supplier makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the quality, timeliness, operation, integrity, availability, or functionality of this Website or as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information on this Website. CASA CALORE shall not be liable in any manner for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, sustained by the Customer or any of the Customers’ clients in connection with the misuse/negligence with the use of the Products and the Customer hereby indemnifies CASA CALORE against all such claims
